— On Sunday, we posted some additional details on Chris Jericho’s current WWE deal and his upcoming appearances next year. Jericho’s current contract includes 15 live events with no TV appearances for January and February.
After that, Jericho is set to go on tour with his band Fozzy in Europe from March 4-19. As of this writing, Jericho’s status for WrestleMania 31 for March 29 is up in the air, but that it is not likely that he will appear on the show. In addition, Jericho stated on Twitter last October that he has no plans to appear at the event. However, there are those in WWE that believe if McMahon wants Jericho to appear at WrestleMania 31 badly enough, it will happen.
WWE’s recent plan was to hold Jericho off TV to give him a more meaningful return later on, though he appeared on TV twice since November.
