The numbers for the ROH Big Bang I-PPV are in the 900-950 range, close to what the first show did. The company only needs a few hundred buys to make the event profitable.
Attendance at the show in Charlotte was 837 paid.
The feeling is that they needed to run a cheaper venue to make the weekend a bigger financial success. If they return to the market, the company will use a different venue. The Grady Cole Center was used because Crockett used to run there, and the company hoped that by running there, they could play off of the nostalgia of the building.
Added to the April 23rd event is ROH champ Tyler Black vs. Kenny King, El Generico vs. Roderick Strong and Steve Corino and Kevin Steen vs. The Briscoes.
Roderick Strong vs. Davey Richards has been added to the April 24th event in Chicago.
