— Last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown took a dip in the ratings. The show pulled in 2.4 million viewers and a 0.67 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are down 7% and 13% respectively from last week’s 2.6 million and 0.77. They are the lowest numbers since the show moved to Thursdays.
The show has been dealing with increased competition the last few weeks with The Blacklist, which competes for the same male adult demographic, airing on Thursdays now. Vikings, which aired on History channel after Smackdown was off the air, had the best original cable ratings of the night with a 0.97 demo rating and 2.8 million viewers.
