As noted, WWE has been planning on bringing AJ Lee back and working her into a storyline with Paige challenging The Bella Twins for a tag-team match at WrestleMania 31 prior to her controversial tweets where she called out Stephanie McMahon.
According to one source, WWE could always work AJ’s tweets into her storyline, however due to The Authority being involved in the top feuds heading into WrestleMania this year, it’s expected that they won’t be getting involved in any new storylines, especially those so far down on the card.
