On the latest episode of Talk is Jericho, Chris Jericho confirmed our previous reports that Samoa Joe has been in talks with WWE. Jericho had Joe as a guest today and after the interview was done, Jericho said he had asked Joe if he had any desire to join the company. Jericho says Joe told him off-air (and wanted Jericho to tell the listeners) that there are negotiations going on between him and WWE. Jericho also said that he talked to Triple H a few years back and that “The Game” professed to be a big fan of Joe’s work at the time.
Joe also talks about his early wrestling days working for Zero-One as well as his ROH and TNA runs. Joe said of TNA that he wishes the company well and that he enjoyed his time there and they treated him well.
