Major R-Truth-WWE Problems, Batista’s Submission, DDP-WWE

— The submission hold that Batista used on Mark Henry and John Cena in recent weeks is known in some parts as the Stu Lock, after Stu Hart. He developed the hold for use in the Dungeon to stretch youngsters.

— R-Truth was unable to work WWE’s tour of Canada this past week because he is prohibited from entering the country as a result of receiving a citation a few years ago. In December 2008, he was detained at the Canadian border upon his arrival in the country and subsequently sent home. This was when he was with TNA Wrestling. WWE was aware of the situation ahead of time and did not book Truth for any of the shows.

— Tama and Haku, The Islanders, will reunite at the Legends of the Ring convention in New Jersey in October.

— Cherry (Deuce and Domino’s former WWE valet) and Diamond Dallas Page have been added to the WWE.com Alumni section.
