— WWE is teasing that 2015 King of the Ring Bad News Barrett will be addressing the WWE Universe on tonight’s episode of RAW from Montreal.

“We haven’t heard from the new King of the Ring on WWE television since that momentous win. Is King Barrett preparing to make a royal decree?
