— Philly.com has an interview up with ECW Founder Tod Gordon. Gordon is fighting against a new city rule that could hurt his family business, Carver W. Reed. The city is now making it required that when you pawn something, you have to have a digital photo taken, give a thumbprint as well as copies of your identification. These will then be uploaded to the police via computer. Gordon had the following to say on the new rule… “I already take photo ID’s and Social Security numbers. Now I have to ask my clients for a thumbprint? And have them sit for a picture? That gets uploaded to the cops? Where will the Big Brother stuff end? Whatever happened to privacy?”
