WWE and Mattel held a panel last night at the San Diego Comic-Con, which featured NXT stars Finn Balor, Sami Zayn and Charlotte, as well as NXT general manager William Regal. You can watc the entire panel below. Eventually Kevin Owens shows up as William Regal announces Balor vs Owens for the next NXT Takeover.
Mattel announced several new figures, including first-time figures for Charlotte, Hideo Itami, The Ascension, and J&J Security. The Elite Collection will include The Miz, Dean Melenko (first time), Stephanie McMahon, Adam Rose, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and The APA (first time). Prototype figures that will be released in the future include Bayley, Sheamus (with new look), The Undertaker from Wrestlemania 31, Kalisto, Kevin Owens, the British Bulldog, The Godfather, Finn Balor in full ‘Demon’ paint, and Sami Zayn with the NXT title.
They’ve also announced more figures for the Defining Moments collection which includes Undertaker in his Ministry gear (this fall), nWo Hollywood Hogan (January 2016), and red, white and blue Sting (Wrestlemania season).
