The Real Reason Triple H Underwent Surgery – Out Months

Triple H underwent surgery this week to repair a torn muscle tendon in his arm. The injury surfaced during his hiatus.

‘H’ is expected to be sidelined for several additional months, so his planned SummerSlam return against Sheamus is off.
