There is serious talk within WWE about reuniting Rusev and Lana on-air. The belief among officials is that Rusev and Lana are weaker characters apart than they are together.
The storyline will progressing slower than the break-up was due to Lana not being able to do anything physical for the next four months due to recovery from her broken wrist.
