TMZ reportedly spoke with former WWE Superstar Virgil, who says Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump asked him for tips about being a great showman in the 1980s and 1990s.
According to Virgil, he met Trump at WWE events in the 80s and 90s, and Trump picked his brain and asked for tips about becoming a showman. He stated, “People like the spectacle. People want to see confidence. He is confident just like a wrestler.” He also offered some advice for Trump, “All people want to know is that they can pay the bills and live a good life. They want confidence they can eat.”
