Backstage Update – Bram’s Domestic Violence Case

Thomas Latimer, aka Bram from TNA, had a hearing today on his domestic violence charges. Latimer was arrested back on August 30th after allegedly holding down his girlfriend by her throat and refusing to let her leave a bathroom, and was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment.

Latimer, who has pled not guilty on both charges, requested to have the no-contact order between him and the victim to be altered in order to allow him some level of contact. That was denied; however, he was successful in his request to be allowed to travel overseas for work from October 6th through November 5th.

Latimer has been suspended indefinitely by TNA over the incident.
