Backstage Update – Was Sting At RAW + Major WWE Error

Sting was not backstage at RAW last night and was at home resting. WWE.com had announced that Sting would open RAW with a major announcement, but at this time it seems as though there was a major miscommunication. The announcement was pulled from the website after fifteen minutes.

TMZ previously reported that Sting was at home resting after his injury and his WWE future is “uncertain”. There are currently no plans to use Sting at WWE Hell in a Cell. There will be a better idea of his in-ring future when doctors are able to make a prognosis. As we reported earlier today, his neck was not broken.
