As previously reported, several media outlets requested that the judge in Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker media to unseal the records in the case. Part of a deposition was leaked to the Enquirer, including a transcript of Hogan going on a racist rant. This led to Hogan being released by the WWE and being removed from the Hall of Fame. Several media outlets had requested the records of the case to be opened.
The good news for Hogan is that the judge denied the request. This means that the remaining records in the case will stay sealed, for now at least. In addition, any other embarrassing material from Hogan’s case will remain private.
