— WWE is working on new marketing ideas for The Rock and John Cena, which is why WWE moved The Rock’s profile from the Alumni section to the current roster section.
— WWE has added events in Oslo, Norway and Stockholm, Sweden during their April 2016 European tour. WWE doesn’t often run events in Norway and Sweden as they don’t have TV in those markets. That’s something they’re currently trying to fix.
— WWE and Pez Candy have sent out a press release announcing a new partnership. This will include three new Pez dispensers featuring The Rock, John Cena and The Undertaker. Each set will include a six pack of PEZ Candy.
PEZ Candy CEO/President Christian Jegen said: “We are very excited to partner with WWE and bring the likes of three all-time WWE fan favorites to the top of our iconic PEZ dispensers. WWE fans have long requested this partnership and we look forward to working with WWE.”
WWE Executive Vice President of Consumer Products Casey Collins added: “This new partnership between WWE and PEZ brings together two brands that have been part of American pop culture for decades. We look forward to partnering with an iconic brand like PEZ and bringing WWE’s larger than life Superstars to our fans in new ways.“
