A new report suggests that the reason Leva “Blue Pants” Bates had heat in NXT had little to do with how she got herself over in the promotion, and more to do with her attitude. According to a source, Bates got in trouble with WWE officials because there was a feeling that she didn’t appreciate the spot she had and would often be seen paying more attention to her phone during the NXT tapings than what was going on in front of the crowd.
Another source conflicts with previous reports, which suggested that Bates had caught heat by making comments about being more over than other tale
Bates also became intoxicated in public during SummerSlam weekend and acted inappropriately in front of WWE Corporate employees, which did not go over well. This led to her missing the flight back to Florida the next morning with the rest of the roster.

The former Myzteziz/Sin Cara appeared at a press conference for Lucha Libre Elite on Thursday. He announced his new gimmick name, the previously-reported Mistic 2.0, at the media event. He noted that he has the rights to his Myzteziz mask from AAA, but will have a new look for his ELITE gimmick that will be a mix of all of his previous looks.
Mistic said at the press conference that he had no contract with AAA, claiming that he had asked for a new contract for months but never received once and as such could leave whenever he wished. He said that he was shocked when AAA pulled him, feeling disrespected.
He noted that he has not tried to recruit anyone from AAA despite reports and that his brothers Argenis and Argos are still working for AAA. He added that he will face the the new Mistico if the opportunity presents itself and if the fans wish it, it will even be for the Mistico name.
