Here are some new details on the early plans for WrestleMania 32 and it appears as if The Rock won’t be competing. While early plans had The Rock and Triple H, as was heavily teased at WrestleMania 31, The Rock has an insurance issue as a film he is doing next year won’t cover him if he does any wrestling before it films. As such, unless it changes, The Rock will likely just be making an appearance.
That leaves Triple H without a match at this point, as his other option was Seth Rollins and Rollins is currently out past WrestleMania (unless he returns early) due to his injury. Before Rollins got hurt, Cena vs. Reigns was planned with the WWE World Title likely to be on the line. Whether Reigns would have been a heel or not isn’t known, but the goal was to establish Reigns as the top star similar to last year’s original plans.
At this point it is unclear who Brock Lesnar and Undertaker will be facing; although sources are denying a John Cena vs. Undertaker plan despite rumors.
Let’s be honest though guys …. it’s November and these rumors begin around this time every year and wind up changing with injuries, creative changes, etc. etc. etc.
