— Former ECW performer Francine Fournier, 38, has declined TNA Wrestling’s invitation to appear at Sunday’s HardCORE Justice pay-per-view event. She was invited but declined the offer due to a family commitment. She also considers herself retired from the wrestling business. Following her unceremonious departure from World Wrestling Entertainment in October 2006, Fournier imminently announced her retirement from the professional wrestling industry. Since that time “The Queen of Extreme” has maintained her retirement, though last year she held an ECW reunion show with proceeds from the event donated to the American Cancer Society.
— Most of the former ECW talents are scheduled to fly back home Monday morning. That means that many of them won’t be appearing at the TV tapings the following day.
