DoSomething.org has revealed their 2015 Celebs Gone Good List and John Cena ranks at #5. The list recognizes celebrities who use their fame for “social change”.
The press release said of Cena: “Cena’s popular catchphrase “Never Give Up” is also a real-life mantra that he uses to inspire those battling life-threatening illnesses. For more than a decade, Cena has been granting the wishes of children through WWE’s 30-plus year partnership with Make-A-Wish. He is also the most requested wish granter of all time, having granted more than 500 wishes (and counting) for children around the world.”
