— Mick Foley is set to appear on an episode of MTV’s Warren the Ape next Monday.
— Dan LaFever sent this along: I watched R-Truth on Lopez on Wednesday. He did his karaoke thing to Three Doors Down’s “Kryptonite”. I think it’s safe to say, if you want to know if a rapper can actually sing, try karaoke. That will separate the men from the boys. I had no idea what song he was doing until the word “kryptonite” came on the screen. Man, he was bad. Randy Orton appeared next, but didn’t do any karaoke. He was mostly just interviewed by Lopez, discussing growing up in the business. Randy talked about how many wrestlers used to come over to the house. They then showed photos of Andre The Giant holding a 2 1/2 year-old Randy. Major pop from the audience on that one. Last night, we had David Otunga. He was cool, until he started singing a song from his wife’s CD (Jennifer Hudson). Really bad, although I was unfamiliar with the song. Nice pictures of his son, after the performance. Tonight is The Miz. For some reason, I have a sneaking suspicion, he may surprise everyone, and be able to carry a tune. Probably all depends on which tune he chooses.
