WWE announced Sunday night during the WWE Fastlane Kickoff pre-show that tonight’s edition of RAW will open with the ceremony for the Vincent J. McMahon Legacy of Excellence Award.
RAW is being held tomorrow (Feb. 22) at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Brock Lesnar, Triple H, and Roman Reigns are all advertised to appear.
