Seth Rollins is back to the ring, training for his return from knee injury. Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Rollins has begun training in the ring again at his Brave Wrestling Academy in Illinois, working out in the ring multiple times a week without his knee brace. The site notes that he has been being careful with his leg and makes sure to ice his knee after each training session.
Rollins was injured on the Europe house show tour in November in a match against Kane, undergoing reconstructive knee surgery. He is four months into his projected six to nine month recovery period.
