SPOILERS: WWE Main Event Results For March 23, 2016

* Zack Ryder defeated Stardust with a top rope elbow drop. The crowd was really behind Ryder in what was said to be a solid match.

* Naomi with Tamina and Lana defeated Paige with Natalya and Alicia Fox. During the match, Emma and Summer Rae came out to lay Alicia Fox and Natalya out. Naomi took advantage of the distraction and made Paige tap out.

* Ryback defeated Sin Cara with Shellshocked after Cara got good offense.

* The Social Outcasts cut a promo in the ring while the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy is at ringside.

* Kane and Big Show defeated Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. There was tension between Kane and Show as they kept tagging themselves in. They hit double chokeslams after the match to Axel, Dallas, Heath Slater and Adam Rose.

UPDATE: WWE has posted the following video and pic from the Paige vs. Naomi match at the WWE Main Event tapings. The match ended with a Summer Rae and Emma run-in, which could be an indication of who will be part of the multi-person Divas match at WrestleMania. Lana and Tamina came out with Naomi while Natalya and Alicia Fox came out with Paige.
