UPDATE: WWE did not acknowledge Brie Bella’s retirement at WrestleMania or RAW because the decision was made to make that a story on Total Divas. That story will play out on the next season of the show in an effort to increase ratings.
ORIGINAL: Brie Bella confirmed the recent reports that she’s now retired. Obviously WWE didn’t even reference it at WrestleMania 32 or on RAW. We’ll see if they do something in the comiong weeks to “make it official”. Brie tweeted the following on Tuesday:
Loved That I retired on the wrong day lol ..I couldn't be happier. Finally this day came #TotalDivas < a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WomensWrestling?src=hash">#WomensWrestling < a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WWE?src=hash">#WWE https://t.co/buZr4U0O2G
