Dolph Ziggler’s Brother Arrested For ‘Aggravated Murder’

Dolph Ziggler’s brother Donald Nemeth has been arrested on charges of charges of aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping and felonious assault charges in the death of Joshua Mascol. Cleveland.com reports that Nemeth pled not guilty to the charges yesterday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

According to police, Nemeth and an as-yet-unidentified man met Mascol in late January at a hotel room to complete a drug deal. Nemeth tried to rob Mascal which resulted in a fight, during which Nemeth pulled a gun and shot Mascal three times.

He is currently being held on a $1 million bond.
