John Cena recently spoke with TMZ about his health after his shoulder surgery in January. He said that he’s currently at 70% but will be at full strength soon.
He added: “I’m probably 30% off of what I was operating at November 2015 … but being at 70% is still pretty damn good.”
He said that he’s been putting in a lot of physical therapy to prepare for his Memorial Day return. He mentioned his strength trainer Rob MacIntyre at Hard Nocks South.
