Miz & Maryse Speak – Will Maryse Return To The Ring? More

The Miz and Maryse spoke with Channel Guide Magazine for a new interview. Some highlights are below:

Maryse on getting to work together: “It’s great. I just wish he wouldn’t listen to Howard Stern on the rides at night. Besides that, it’s great. I get to see my husband, who is the best in the world.”

Miz on getting to work together: “She is annoyed with me going, ‘Hey now!’ every five seconds. It’s amazing for me to have her and be around her. It’s one thing to FaceTime and to call each other on the phone. But to have her, to hold her, to touch her, to kiss her; there is nothing better to have that on the road.”

Miz on whether or not we will see Maryse return to the ring: “The No. 1 question she is always asked is when can we see her back in the ring. Time will tell. We will see what happens. She is doing so much right now. She just had a movie come out on SyFy called Isle of the Dead trending worldwide. It was really well-received. Then we have the video game, with WWE 2K17 coming out in October. There is so much happening right now. We’ll see what happens.”

Miz on defying the odds and becoming a veteran in the WWE locker room: “Miz — a veteran in WWE? Did you think that would happen? I didn’t. I almost believed everyone saying I’d be gone in three months. I said, ‘You know what? I’m going to try my hardest and do whatever I possibly can to stay here.’ And here I am 10 years later, trying to bring these young guys up and show them the ropes.”
