VIDEO: Finn Balor Provides An Injury Update, Return Plans, & More

WWE posted the following video from Finn Balor, who gives an update on his recovery following shoulder surgery. Balor says in the video, shot at the WWE Performance Center, that he’s a little under five months away from returning and that he hopes to be back in time for WrestleMania.

Balor said that he went home to Orlando and that coming to terms with losing the WWE Universal Title after the injury was a process, but that it was made easier by the support from his family, friends and WWE fans. Balor said he believes the support is helping in his recovery. He said rehab is going well thus far and that at three weeks in he’s working at it five fays a week. He will return to Birmingham next week for a week of therapy and see the surgeon who did his surgery for an update.
