The Undertaker announced on Raw that he would be entering the Royal Rumble match, bringing the total announced participants to 10:

Shawn Michaels Says He’s Still Retired

Shawn Michaels was interviewed backstage at Raw and was asked if he could possibly be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble in his home town of San Antonio.

Michaels responded with: “I certainly may come by and visit, but again, if I have done nothing in the last 7 years, I have done my best to show people how you actually retire from this line of work. Of course, in the WWE, you never know what’s going to happen.”
