Kenny Omega competed at 4 Front Wrestling’s “New Year’s Wrestleution 2017” this past Saturday in his first singles match since his acclaimed match against Kazuchika Okada for NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 11. 4 Front Wrestling has posted the entire match on YouTube.
After the show, he had a half hour Q&A with fans. The video was also posted by F Front Wrestling and you can view it below.
One interesting question was whether or not he could be appearing at the Royal Rumble this Sunday. Omega pretty much said that it’s probably not going to happen, but also made it sound like there have been some talks between himself and WWE.
The most I can say right now… and this may disappoint some people… If some of you guys are subscribers to the network and you’re looking forward to something happening or not happening on the 29th… I’m not sure if I can pull a rabbit out of a hat by that date. That’s all I can say for now. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I’m not saying anything. I’m just… that might be asking too much at this point in time. That’s literally the most news I’ve given anyone up until this point. If I’m in it though, I’m pretty sure I’ll win the whole thing.
