As previously reported, TM-61’s Shane Thorne suffered an undisclosed knee injury during an NXT match two weeks ago and underwent surgery.
WWE announced today that he will be out of action for 7-9 months.

WWE posted a video of Thorne being helped backstage after his injury.
It was previously reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that TM-61 had been rumored to be getting a gimmick change and was set for a “big program” with The Revival before the injury took place.
