TV Tapings

Impact Wrestling’s next set of TV tapings is March 3-5 at Universal Studios in Orlando.

This will be the first set of TV tapings with Jeff Jarrett’s team in charge of booking.

Konnan and Karen Jarrett

Karen Jarrett is expected to have a “big” on-air role in this week’s tapings.

Konnan will also be at the tapings in some capacity. Konnan has been working for CRASH in Mexico, which Jeff Jarrett recently visited in an attempt to “work with” the promotion.

Talent Approached for New Contracts

Many wrestlers have been given new contract offers in the past week, so there may be even more departures if some of them don’t sign.

TNA seems to be in “rebuilding mode” currently and management has the mentality that if wrestlers don’t sign, that’s fine, since there are lots of other wrestlers who would want the opportunity instead.

Jade’s Contract Has Expired

Former Knockouts Champion Jade has not re-signed (yet at least) and is currently a free agent and may not appear at the tapings this week since TNA has been wanting wrestlers who appear on TV to be signed to deals.
