There was (of course) a meeting between WWE officials before Raw in Brooklyn last night, according to Dave Meltzer. Vince McMahon, Triple H, and the “Talent Relations Department” were at the meeting and it was ultimately decided that WWE won’t take any action against Paige or Xavier Woods for the leaked videos/photos. Meltzer mentioned that no sponsors complained and WWE will wait for the situation to hopefully blow over.
They “poked fun” at the situation last night during New Day’s segment and other talent (Seth Rollins, Tom Phillips) has been involved in similar “scandals” recently, so it seems very unlikely that anything will happen to Woods. Paige is obviously probably on much thinner ice, but it would seem incredibly shitty for WWE to punish her for being the victim of leaked photos, especially with the “double standard” it would set. Clearly the right move to let it go, imo.
