WWE is doing an injury angle with Roman Reigns, saying on WWE.com that he “suffered a separated shoulder, cracked ribs and internal injuries” after Braun Strowman attacked him on Raw.
It looks like Reigns won’t be off TV for long (if at all) though, since he returned at a WWE house show last night in Providence, RI.
Braun Strowman came out for a match with Reigns, but it was announced that Reigns wasn’t cleared to wrestle. Strowman then said it was his “yard” now and Reigns came out and they brawled around the ring for a while while officials tried to separate them. Eventually, Reigns hit a Superman Punch and speared Strowman through a table in the corner.
Reigns had his shoulder taped up and was selling the “injury.”
