Ember Moon is no longer being advertised for the NXT Women’s Championship match at NXT TakeOver Chicago on May 20. The match was originally a fatal four way with Asuka vs. Ember Moon vs. Nikki Cross vs. Ruby Riot.
Reddit user ToChallengeTheSun posted this image advertising TakeOver at an NXT live event in Arizona on Thursday, with Ember Moon removed.
Ember Moon apparently injured her shoulder at the NXT tapings a couple of weeks ago after being thrown out of the ring by Asuka, but it looked like a pretty deliberate spot where she was supposed to hit her shoulder into the ring post, so there is a chance the injury could just be part of a storyline and they just want to remove Ember Moon from the match for now to prolong her feud with Asuka and set up a rematch later.

However, Ember Moon was also wearing a sling in this photo at the NXT Performance Center, so she could actually be injured.
