NXT tag team D.I.Y., Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, is currently rumored to be breaking up after NXT Takeover: Chicago based on a recent tweet from a singer.
The singer, Hope Vista, tweeted on Monday about currently working on a brand new entrance theme for Johnny Gargano but never mentioned his partner nor the new song being for a tag team. The tweet itself was later deleted fueling more speculation about a possible split occurring after this weekend’s NXT Tag Team Championship match.
This would be the second time a tease was hinted with last year’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament being the prior time. After their singles match in the first round, Ciampa teased a heel turn on Gargano before settling their differences afterwards.
