TM61’s Shane Thorne appeared alongside his tag team partner Nick Miller last night at an NXT house show for the first time since his knee injury in January. Thorne accompanied Miller to the ring in a singles match, where Miller defeated Wesley Blake at a show in Venice, Florida.
Thorne injured his knee in January and WWE said that he would miss about 7-9 months of action. It’s been about 5 months now, and he posted on Twitter that he’s “close” but “not yet.”

TM61 was rumored to be in line for a possible gimmick change and big push before Thorne was injured.
