Mae Young Classic Contracts

WWE will likely offer contracts to 5-10 wrestlers from the Mae Young Classic, according to Dave Meltzer, and an obvious indication of who WWE may end up signing is the wrestlers who made the final four in the tournament. You can read the spoiler results of night two here if you’d like to know.

Nikki Bella / John Cena Wedding

In a Q&A video on her YouTube channel, Nikki Bella was asked if her and John Cena’s wedding would take place on SmackDown (for some reason), and she said:

“As of now, no, but in WWE you never know what is going to happen. If I was to get married in front of the WWE Universe, I think I might aim for WrestleMania. New Orleans might be a cool wedding. I guess we’ll see.”

Cena has been rumored to wrestle either Roman Reigns or Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania for the Universal Championship, so a WrestleMania wedding would seem unlikely if that’s the case.

The Progressive Liberal

Vice News on HBO did a story on “The Progressive Liberal” Daniel Richards, who wrestles for the Kentucky-based Appalachian Mountain Wrestling and trolls the mostly conservative fans with smug liberal rhetoric and Hillary Clinton t-shirts.
