WrestlingInc first reported that Cruiserweight Classic alum HoHo Lun has been released from his development deal. His last match was at an NXT taping on June 23, where he was squashed by The Velveteen Dream.
What does this mean for WWE? Well they lost a potential GFW hall of famer that’s for sure! But for serious, I guess he wasn’t progressing as much as WWE would have liked and that they can crack the China market even without him. We’ll update when WWE confirm it.
