Last night’s SmackDown Live had 2,455,000 viewers, down from last week’s post-SummerSlam 2,685,000 viewers.
That’s SmackDown’s lowest number since July 4 and the first show without John Cena since then. It looks like Cena’s absence may have hurt the ratings a little.
SmackDown was #1 on cable for the night in the 18-49 demographic.
This time last year, the August 30, 2016 episode of SmackDown Live had 2,835,000 viewers.
Raw did an average of 3,303,000 viewers for Monday’s show.
