Paige returned to the WWE Performance Center on Monday to begin training for her return to the ring, saying on social media that she’s excited to be back.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Paige has gotten full clearance to return and is now just getting back into shape. She’s been out for over a year with a neck injury that required surgery and her last WWE match was in June of 2016.
Meltzer also says that WWE has a storyline planned for her return and as of now, she will tentatively be on the SmackDown brand. She was drafted to the Raw roster in July but actually never wrestled a match after the draft.
