As mentioned, Jeff Hardy will likely be on the shelf for several months with a torn rotator cuff, which will require surgery. He was on Raw last night in Matt’s corner, though, so he may still have an on-air role.

In an interview with WWE.com, Jeff also previously said this:
“There’s a lot of crazy ideas,” said Hardy. “It inspires me to think a lot more about what I can do other than the extreme stunts and still be entertaining.”
So we’ll see if WWE finally does something interesting with the Hardys or if this is just the 400th tease that leads to nothing.
