Jeff Hardy underwent surgery yesterday on his torn rotator cuff. He’s expected to be out for 6-9 months, so will likely miss WrestleMania since that’s around the 6 month mark.
He had been dealing with a shoulder injury since the Great Balls of Fire PPV in July, but may have made it worse a couple of weeks ago on Raw, requiring him to undergo the surgery.
Jeff previously said that he may still be on TV while he recovers:
“There’s a lot of crazy ideas. It inspires me to think a lot more about what I can do other than the extreme stunts and still be entertaining.”
