Impact News: Alberto’s Return Date, Former Knockouts Champ at WWE

As expected, Impact announced last night that Alberto El Patron will be returning to the company at the Bound for Glory PPV on November 5. He had been suspended and stripped of the GFW Championship after the Paige airport incident a few months ago. Impact has already taped all shows until the PPV in November.

Madison Rayne at WWE Performance Center

Former Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne has left Impact Wrestling and has been at the WWE Performance Center this week, PWInsider is reporting.

She left the company quietly at some point in July. She last appeared on TV on the April 6 episode of Impact in a gauntlet match and had also been working on the creative team since September 2016, likely until Anthem bought the company.
