Kurt Angle had his knee heavily wrapped during his match at Survivor Series and it was obvious that he was hurting throughout. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter said that Angle was banged up after wrestling on the UK tour before the PPV and his knee was in bad shape.
Triple H was also banged up after working several nights on the WWE European tour and did little during the match.
Kurt Angle also confirmed in a Facebook Q&A that he tore a muscle in his leg 2 days before the PPV. However, it appears to not be serious because he said that he’ll be at 100% in a week.
“Leg is ok. I tore a muscle in it doing wind sprints 2 days before PPV. It’s okay though. I feel good and should be 100% in a week.”
