Ruby “Riott” Gets a Name Tweak, Stable Gets a Name

Ruby Riot’s name has been changed to Ruby Riott. Her name was spelled that way on SmackDown tonight and on her WWE.com profile.

Her stable with Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan is now known as “the Riott Squad.” The stable name might have something to do with the new (annoying) spelling of her name, since maybe “Riot Squad” is copyrighted or something (or WWE just felt like spelling it that way). There is a 1980s UK punk band called Riot Squad.
