WWE announced recently that Money in the Bank will now be a dual-brand PPV, joining the other “big four” WWE PPVs.
WWE has been holding NXT TakeOver events on the Saturday of the big four WWE PPVs and will now reportedly hold a fifth NXT TakeOver event in 2018 on the Saturday (June 16) before Money in the Bank, according to Dave Meltzer.
The TakeOver will reportedly take place in or near Chicago. Money in the Bank is expected to take place at the Allstate Arena just outside of Chicago on June 17.
