Paige has been pulled from the WWE house shows this weekend after suffering an injury at a house show last night.
It was a scary moment as she was on the mat for a while after being kicked in the back of the neck, but she was able to walk backstage (with help) and was said to be OK after the show.
Keeping her off house shows this week is likely a precautionary measure, but she will also be evaluated by medical staff and will get x-rays today. Paige, of course, was out of action for over a year due to a neck injury, which required surgery.
