— Stamford, CT contractor James Pasciolla had been charged with felony larceny for allegedly padding a bill for WWE. Pasciolla owns The Granite Group, and did a roofing job for WWE, one that he charged $39,800 for. There was thought that the job actually cost $17,000, and that he padded the bill for nearly $23,000. Yesterday, Pasciolla was able to present documents, clearing him of any wrongdoing. By doing so, Pasciolla avoided a 10-year prison sentence.
